They respond quickly to detections and always polite and undersrttanding when you tell them is was an accidental drop. I am dropping my halo quite a bit and when i do, they immediately calls and ask if i need help. One night I had the charger sitting on my nightstand when my kitten jyumped up there and knocked if 0ff onto the floor. They immediately responded and i explained have a kitten that thinks everything is his playboy. They understood and said thank you for confirming and we are always here for you. You never know ow when a detection can be an actual emergency. I live alone and feel comfortable knowing that’s Medical Guardian is here for me. An ambulance was dispatched once when i dropped my halojust out of reach. My phone was in another room so I couldn’t get to it soon enough to explain what had happened. I was embarrassed but also thankfull they were so quick to respond,.

Great customer service. A few weeks ago Medical Guardian shipped me 2 free lanyards, the package was lost, marked as delivered by USPS but never showed up in my mail box. When told of the problem, i was promptly shipped 2 other ones.

This device gives peace of mind. We have not had to use it yet for an emergency.
