Helpful staff and easy to get questions answered promptly

My "watch" replaced another less sophisticated alert bracelet and I chose this one b/c of the interactive alarm (and alarm test) feature and b/c it sends an alert should it detect that I may have fallen. This feature is very sensitive even to possible falls and asks me if I have fallen or not. Also, it is GPS sensitive so knows where I am if I am not at home.

The mini guardian is a small but mighty device that connects to help when needed. It gives me confidence and calms my fewr of falling and my balance. The customer service is great and on the phone with you with a press of a button. Thanks to this peace of mind.

Having this device makes me feel safer at home since I am by myself.

If I accidentally put my hand down hard, I'm immediately asked if I need help. When I say no, I'm asked quickly, and answer quickly that I'm fine. I feel confident that when I actually need help, Medical Guardian will be there to assist.
