Medical Guardian has worked well several times that my wife had a medical emergency, and we are both very grateful.

Great peace of mind for Singles living alone. A couple of things to keep in mind: If you accidentally drop it to the floor, DON'T just walk away or you'll likely find an ambulance and cop car in front of your house. Voice quality on phone is marginal quality; a big 'garbly' so PAY ATTENTION if you hear a strange sound nearby.

Although we never had to use the service, it is nice to know that they are there and dependable for emergencies. Thank you! J. Jones

Having a reliable device that can summon aid when it's needed gives me peace of mind. I have had one since September 2022, and it has afforded me comfort. Fortunately, I have not had to push the button for assistance, but I know it is there, ready to help when and if I need it. Knowing my emergency numbers are at the dispatch center, along with the front door key in a lockbox on my front door, eases my mind, knowing that the door will not be broken down should emergency workers have to enter my home. I would recommend this device for anyone needing reliable emergency assistance.

The Medical Guardian service is top notch and very prompt no matter where I am. It is very comforting to me and my family who live in other states. One time the alarm was used and rescue and law enforcement were at my front door within 5 minutes.
