MG emergency responders are courteous and professional. I am 89 with several co-morbidity. Have tried other services in the past and rate Medical Guardian my most secure emergency response service.

Helpful for my parents Used it for a few falls so helped out

I lost my balance and slowly went down while on my front walk with ice and snow all around. Was on my elbow and couldn't get up. My pendent was in my shirt pocket covered by my coat. Heard it going off but could not reach it immediately. When finally able to reach it, pressed the button just got 3 beeps nothing else. But, within 10 minutes or so the rescue folks showed up and helped me up. Also, called my daughter to advise her but she lives about 4 hours away. Was very impressed that the medical alert worked so well and the necessary folks were called to help me.

Fast, polite customer service that solved my problem
