My mom has gotten her guardian. She set it up herself. She feels more secure knowing she is not alone.

Good Service
Equipment was delivered quickly and setup was easy. So far we've not had any need to test the responsiveness, and I hope it stays that way, but it's very comforting to know that Dad's got some protection.

Mechanical aspects
my only criticism is that the button on the pendant needs to be more deeply set so that it is not so easy to activate in error

i think it will be fine. i don't know yet how to test it monthly.
I wish there was a number where you could just talk to a person if you have questions instead of a menu to go through.

So far, so good....
I purchased the Medical Guardian device 3 weeks ago and the delivery has been unexpectedly fast which was great because I live by myself and I was really feeling unsafe due to my health conditions. The device was really simple to install, as well as the pad lock even though the combination numbers were quite hard to move. I tested the device immediately and could see that it was working. 1 week ago I received a call from the company to perform another test and be sure that it was working. So I feel relieved and have a "peace of mind' with this device. I rated only 4 stars because thanks God I never had to use it yet, but I don't know if when needed, it will work as well as the tests because I might be away from the device. As a conclusion, so far, so good......

Safe at home
Our mom lives alone, and we were worried about her. She has fallen before and was able to call 911. The Medical Guardian has a far range reach, so our mom can be in the backyard or garage and could still feel safe. The watchband is a little clunky for a thin wrist woman.

With Medical Guardian, I have piece of mind that I'm not alone.
Because of my recent shoulder surgery and upcoming double knee replacements, I am not very mobile or steady on my feet. I live alone so when I was released from the rehab facility, my daughters urged me to get a system that I could call in an emergency. I had fallen before the surgery and was very lucky that the lawn guy came that day. I was able to wiggle to the door, unlock it, and call to him for help. Pretty scary thought as I laid there not knowing how long before my neighbor or daughter got home from work to help me. So I took the girls' urging and called for information on these systems.
