Great asset when you live alone. A potential lifesaver.

Works as advertised. I fell and 1st responders were at my house within minutes. I have the lockbox. The code was given to the 1st responders. I am so glad I had it. There was no way I could have made it to the door.

I don’t what else to say, other than that I’m quite satisfied with the response I’ve enjoyed with Medical Guardian. Although I often forget to make a weekly test, I remain confident that with only the push of a button emergency crews will home in on a GPS signal to rescue me from my dilemma.

Highly recommend Anthony with Medical Guardian if you are searching for medical devices for your loved one. We chose the mini necklace that goes wherever our loved one goes. Customer service is a ten and our unit has fall protection and the extra replacement insurance if the unit is damaged or lost. Customer care at the time my family decided to purchase this device was excellent. We largely based our decision to purchase this brand based on other's reviews. Our elderly (95 year old!) family member sadly continues to fall occasionally; now we have some peace of mind that by wearing her "necklace" her falls will be noted and someone will immediately contact her. Medical Guardian will contact the family if she fell and is not injured and just needs a hand to get back up, or they will contact the paramedics.
