I was interested in a life alert for my sister. I called Medical Guaridan to get information about there service. They wer very friendly, and helpful with my questions. When I called to activate the life alert, I was well satisfied with there service. My sister has not had to use it, but I am completely sure, that if she does Medical Guaridan will be there for her.

They are most curtetious company I have dealt with and seem to be the most responsive to customer needs we just could not get it to work in our home. I was a true disappointment. But they stayed true helped every way they knew how and was polite when we had to cancel and return the unit.

I have the alert system but have not used it yet.

This is for the Guardian #2 ....Much more efficient to connect , All well on this end , the second one ....The first one sent should never have been sent and after connection was a nightmare as the phones were useless ! Now everything is as it should be and so far I am pleased . I have one request .....I would like to have a written schedule of monthly payments and the amount to be paid each month so I can track my payments better ...In all the beginning mixup I am afraid ...I have forgotten what info you gave me . I have noticed recently that my balance and gait are not as strong as they used to be. I live alone and worried about falling in the house, yard, or especially the shower. I would not be able to contact help if the fall seriously prevented movement. I also have heart issues that might cause an attack during the night or early morning. Having the Medical Guardian to wear relieves those concerns.
