Mini guardian, major hassle!
I purchased a mini guardian for my mother on 1/22. They assured me over the phone it would not auto renew. Well, it did. Then my mother passed away weeks after the auto renew. Contacted the company, you have to fill out a paper to cancel. They do not tell where to send this cancellation. In all the documentation we received, we would reply with the cancellation. Called and they told me to send it in by mail. I did that. When I talked to someone the other day, she said oh, that takes at least 30 days. I’m saying all of that to say, purchase at your own risk. I was given misinformation from the start. It is extremely hard to cancel, they don’t care if your loved one died. They will not cancel retroactively back to the date of death. I offered to send the death certificate. No, they won’t cancel until they receive the cease and desist paperwork. They are all about the money. Otherwise when someone dies, they would refund back to the date of death returning money they were not covering my mother with their product for. Obviously it wasn’t used after my mom passed away. Find another company.
