Your service was recommended by other residents at an independent living facility in Missouri so I signed up for the service for my mother who has is prone to falling. She has had other services in the past however this was the simplest to sign up and every individual I have talked to on the phone has been very professional. Have not had to use the 'alert' yet but I am confident the service will continue to be top notch. Thank you !

I haven't used it yet (that's why I only rated it 3 stars) but I can say that I feel a lot safer having it. I'm still very active and constantly on the go. It's a huge piece of mind knowing help is a press of a button away if something does happen. Setting up the system was easy and painless.

Signed up for service after mom fell. We needed some peace of mind while we are away from home. Purchase online was easy. I chose next day shipping and it arrived early in the morning. Set up was easy and the phone person was extremely helpful in explaining features and testing device. So far we are happy with our experience.

We had an excellent experience. Phone calls and emails answered all the questions we had. Once we ordered we received our unit in just a few days. (much quicker than we expected) I called to test our unit and was able to update some phone numbers while I was on the phone with the representative. I could not give a 5 star rating because, fortunately, we have not had to use it. We are happy that we have the unit for my family.

The reply is almost instant when the button is pressed. I love that I am protected where ever I am (as long as there is cell service). The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the button is not recessed and is easily accidently pushed. This has happened to me a few times. This is a great service and sure gives me confident feeling knowing I'm connected and can get help quickly where ever I am. Pat
