I have had only one ongoing problem. The two cross straps on the band that are intended to hold the "tongue" in place against the wristband will not stay in place. This leaves the "tongue" sticking straight up from the wrist.The result is that on at least four occasions, the wristband has opened up and fallen off my wrist during the night.I phoned about this, and the customer service agent advised me to go to Walmart and buy a different wristband, which I find ludicrous and of course did not do.

Overall I am very happy with this device. The range is accurate and response is quick. My only complaint would be that the button is hard to press at times. To activate the system, one must press and hold the button for 1-2 sec. And those that have arthritic fingers this can be a challenge.

The response time to my tests has always been within one minute of pushing the button. Thankfully, I have not had to call for any emergency.

I love Medical Guardian because it gives both me and my husband confidence that he can reach me or medical services if I am not home. We also have the top of the line device which covers us wherever we are. We go south for the winter so it is nice to know we are covered no matter where we are. I only have one issue, the device seems to be to easy to set off. We have had several incidents were I didn't realize it had been set off and my husband doesn't understand what is going on. Medical personnel or police have shown up, once at our house and once when we were traveling and stopped to get coffee. A little frustrating and embarrassing. Best thing is that I know it works! Call center staff are great!

The unit is awesome it give the security if not been alone. Just wish it had a louder speak.

Tim, the salesman was very helpful, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. The equipment was delivered in a timely and the set-up seems to have gone well. Since we are new customers we'll have to wait and see how the whole system works for us but so far so good!
