BEWARE! These uncaring people ripped off my elderly Mom. We encouraged her to get this device years ago because she was living alone. She used it once and called the number and the person that was supposed to help her was clueless. She never wore it again and it sat on the shelf. We tried to call and get reimbursed and they customer service people did not care. Later when we tried to return it again, they made it so difficult to do so and would not give the proper refund. I called again and Katrina promised me that my mom would get a "full refund" and would not be charged the "restocking fee." I would think all of these people that work there would want to be super thoughtful because they're dealing with the elderly. I think the way they make money is taking advantage of the elderly. They say you can not talk to the manager, the manager does not talk to the public. You can not talk to the billing dept either. Very disturbing. WHY? What are they hiding. We sent the device back, the following month my mom got charged over $400 on her credit card for something she did not want. She called Medical Guardian herself and they said they never received it, so I called and gave them the UPS tracking number and they said they had received it but it was never recorded. So messy. I told them we want the full refund and they Krissy (and the mystery manager) said we can not get the full refund. This whole thing has been such a hassle. A company like this should care about the elderly and not abuse, mistreat and disregard them. Please do not use this company. It's a 100% scam.

Stay away from this company, one of the worst experience in my life . I signed up with free delivery charge for inactive monitor for my father who is 97 years of age and non speaking English month to month base. . Almost a week later this monitor at 2 am in the morning was alarmed dispatch during delivery ,this monitor was activated either to start membership charge sooner or an honest guardian negligence, therefore central dispatch notified police at 2.30 am ,1st help team were banging at 97 years man door who doesn't speak English,my father was scared hide in closet for few hours till I picked him up,he thought is not safe to return for few days after I learned it was for guardian negligence,This device lost in mail and received replacement, we did not have any monitor for one month however guardian charged us from the moment signed device even though should never be charged until received and activated. Usage of device caused numbness and statics on skin specially at night when touch soft skin, so I called and cancelled the membership. They charge us the 2nd month even though was terminated,we mail back the device and was received,I realized today the charged for 3 rd time for upcoming month although they have device and received my complaint. This company deserve law sue and I'll be happy to joint class action if someone needs me . Don't waste time, money, and be victimized by them

I left my phone number to get some discount but never asked for a call. They called about 4 times. I finally answered today and the salesperson got so riled up when I said, very calmly: 'I didn't ask for a call. If I want information I will ask. I find this an aggressive approach.' It's clear he has heard this before because he launched in to a tirade, aggressively arguing that he wasn't aggressive! Yeah, that makes sense. It was laughable - but also appalling. If they are being so argumentative in the very first call - just imagine how they might be after you've signed up! And imagine an older vulnerable person having to deal with that?

Terrible service, auto-billing won't turn off, when you try to cancel sub they badger you to keep the gadget, very difficult to reach an agent, hold time >1hr. Avoid!

Scam! Will not stop billing even though cancelled. First time I called all that was done was remove auto pay. Now receiving bills for device that does not exist anymore
