The sales consultant was helpful and knowledgable and addressed my concerns for setting up Medical Guardian for my father who lives in a different state than I. My Father has been resistant to any help that indicates he's getting old! ( he's 92!). He is wearing the watch band alarm and did set it off by mistake 2 times and when he didn't respond one of the times, someone was promptly at the door. I feel assured that I have a good company watching out for him in my absence.

I feel very safe with Medical Guardian, especially when walking in my neighborhood. Staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. I find the buckle wristband unit ugly and too difficult to manage for arthritic fingers, so have just put it away. A clear neck pendant cord (rather than black) would be much less obtrusive with women's rounded or crew neck garments—no problem with high necks or collars. Notifying "first responders" when a unit test is done seems unnecessary. Users should be told about this to avoid panic.

I have not had any problems with my medical device. While making occasional test on it, I received quick response time from the service. The one thing I don't care for is the lanyard connection. It is heavy and rolls to the front next to the actual device. Thank you

Salesperson was very professional and explained products and functions. I chose the best one available. However I find the pendant is bigger than I expected and I intend to return it after my 90 day commitment.

The initial sign up and delivery of product went well. I will not know how satisfied I am, unless I have to use the Medical Guardian to save my life. We may never know. Joe

They were very courteous in explaining and services that are provided. I gave it 4 stars because it took a week to get it.

I like knowing I have quick emergency contact outside of my home, I drive an hour to visit family often so having an emergency contact so readily available is comforting. My only draw back is the weight when worn around my neck, I guess the price for GPS contact system. Fortunately I have not needed to use in emergency but feel confident it will work as advertised.
