When I need help medical guardian made the call that provided me with the help I needed. They also call my emergency contact so that my sons were at my house by the time they were putting me in the ambulance. Very quick response qnd action Thank you Medical Guardian

You failed to activate my request to my only contact who would answer in a timely manner. I have tried to talk with your office about this and have been told someone would return my call....but they have not. As I told your staff. Minutes matter when you are in an emergency and someone failed me on that 3AM call.
