I had another company with the "necklace" and it drove me absolutely CRAZY. It went "off" about six or seven times and I NEVER touched the button. They would call and ask if I was OK, and I never pushed the button. They did not have the wrist button and by switching, I got the wrist button and saved $10.00 per month...........and it has the GPS. Best move that I could have made. Have not taken the wrist band off at all because you can use it while doing just about everything and it is waterproof.

This was bought by me for an 89 year old friend that does not get around well and lives alone. His confidence and mine are peaked by the system performance and response from the support team. THANKS for the peace of mind!!!

System was easy to set up & instructions clear. needed help with door padlock but that was resolved.

So far everything has gone great. We had trouble setting up the machine due to our old answering machine. A tech came out the next day and helped set it up. Very helpful!!

I worked with Mike who answered all my questions and concerns professionally as well as with compassion. I was talking to him at the time my mother experienced a heart attack and Mike called me the next day to see if mother was okay. I appreciated his call, his professionalism and helping to expedite my order. The installation was easy and Medical Guardian is everything it is advertised to be.

It was really simple, I answer an add and the day later I receive a phone call, Everything was so clearly explain. and 3 days later I receive a package, it was the box and with a bracelet, because they asked me what do I prefer a pendant or a bracelet, and I choose the bracelet. I just have to plug the box and make a test and everything was ok. Even me I was able to do by myself without problems and believe me technology and I wow we are three Thank you all very much for your kindness

After reviewing a number of medical alert options, and talking to Jessica several times who answered my many questions. I chose Medical Guardian because it had everything I needed. Once I made the decision, Jessica was very helpful in placing my order. The unit arrived very quickly. I was a bit apprehensive about setting it up but once I made contact, I cannot say too much about the rep who walked me through it. She was most efficient, courteous and made me feel at ease. After having the unit for a week or so, I accidentally set it off and the response was immediate! IT WORKS!
