good follow-up. company tried reaching contacts and when unable they contacted emergency personnel to have the user evaluated which was accomplished.

Not only were they efficient and professional on the phone call to set up service, but they have been great when I called in to set the device up, and when I test the unit. I love the portability of my Medial Guardian - I can take it with me wherever I go and they will send help to my location. This is perfect for me! Now I feel safe wherever I am. Got the necklace for my mom for a Xmas present. The customer service rep was so delightful and helpful. When calling customer service to set up the unit and giving them contact info they were very nice and acomodating. The price is right, no contract and no extra fees. We provided the Medical Guardian system for my mother (85) as a Christmas gift. The system arrived swiftly, was easily set up, tested and completed. She is wearing the pendant and has her wrist alarm on her nightstand. We live several hours away and feel much better having taken this step for her safety. We researched a number of systems and chose Medical Guardian for a variety of reasons relating to alarm range, system options, cost and professionalism.

Haven't had the need to use it yet but feel better knowing it is always with me.
