Very pleased with the service I've received & the ease of getting the equipment & set up. I've got peace of mind leaving my 84yr old mom, knowing she has help within 1 minute of activating her necklace pendant!

At this time the unit was set up less than a week ago, still new to this. All OK at this time

We have had the Guardian Alarm for a few weeks and so far everything works just fine. We accidentally set off fall detection and were promptly called and were able to cancel. But it did tell us the system works just fine. The young lady who provided pre-sales support was excellent. No pressure, helped me select proper option. Everything arrived promptly. Company is very professional and a great choice if you need a home medical alert system.

Everything in place and operational, which enhances our feelings of more security

So far we have had a good experience with Medical Guardian. They were very helpful answering all my questions and providing the equipment. We had a couple incidents where the button was pushed by accident but all was dealt with easily. It actually gave us an idea who the system worked.

I was very happy with the phone sales lady. She explained everthing I needed to know. I eventually installed the unit and put the watch pendant on Grams and tested system three different ways. All worked as promised. Nice to know the pendant is waterproof with a repalcement guarantee. never have had to use it yet, but I know the day will come. Don't procrastinate, get it before you need it. Being a firefighter, I know how important this is to have a medical alert for a loved one, otherwise we show up at homes and it is too late to save someones live.

I feel the wrist band is a little clunky looking- too big. Not exactly flattering in any way. Plus, unfortunately, I am experiencing an allergic reaction to the band, itches and rash breaks out. I plan to call and ask for the lanyard device instead. Otherwise-all good.

I have only had my Medical Guardian for about 2 1/2 weeks. So far so good, I have not had the need to use it yet, although I did test it. The person on the other side answered very quickly, and very politely. I have no complaints.
