Thus far it has been OK. I have not had to use it while wearing it. It is very light and easy to wear.

This was the first time using Medical Guardian. I had fallen in the bathroom and couldn't get up because the room is small. I pushed the button on my wrist, and got almost immediate response. The operator was professional and kind. She called my local police and they responded in a timely manner. My son was also informed by MG and since I was not injured all he had to do was call and check on me. Everything was handled efficiently and quickly.

Setting up and testing the device went seamlessly. The instructions that came with the device were easy to understand and it was easy to set up. When I called to activate the device the representative walked me through the process step by step to make sure everything was working properly. Great service!

I highly recommend this service, especially if you have a senior that has multiple levels in their house. The GPS feature is great. The reps are also very friendly even if you have set off the devise 5 times on accident ! :) David

The person who patiently explained how to activate the service and then the response team's patient response as my elderly Dad tested the device was exceptional! My Dad had to test it several times until he was comfortable and they patiently responded each time so he felt so confident that he was no longer alone. Thank you!!!

I have hit the button in error twice and so am trying to be careful. I need to know that when I am traveling is this truly a GPS and do I take the whole thing when I leave the house or is the unit just for plug in at home for recharging? My sister has questioned me on this.
