I never post negative reviews but feel I must. We had a MG Mini for my 90 yo mom. She fell 3 times recently and the fall alert did not work. The first time she wound up hospitalized and in rehab for a month. She fell HARD. The other 2 times she was hurt but not enough for a hospitalization. I had to cancel our contract with them, of course, but MG didn't even apologize. I asked for compensation for the $10/month fall alert option we'd been paying for and they refused. They just said that there's a disclaimer about the fall alert working. I have Ring Camera videos and will try to share them here if I can .

Customer Service Terrible We purchased the Medical Guardian equipment for $494 in August 2023 and never used it. We cancelled service in January 2024, but apparently the cancellation was not recorded by Medical Guardian. After receiving a new $539 charge for the upcoming year, I called. I was on hold for 41 minutes to speak with a representative, and learned that there is a $50 restocking charge and that cancellation will not begin until the equipment is received. I am furious and will be disputing these fees with the help of my lawyer.

Cancelled the alert service in Jan 2024 when my Mom went into care home. But they continued to bill me. Sent message to customer care but they didnt reply. Had to get my credit card company to block continued payments. Then they say they need a cancellation letter but dont send you one.Will this ever end.

This company charged my dad $40/month for this "fall" device that didn't even send notification if he fell. He would have to push the button in order for it to work. CRAZY!! He had it less than a week. I told him to return it. He did and they held $150. Don't trust this company!! They are out to steal money from the elderly. My dad is 80 years old. Buy an Apple Watch!! It's less expensive and will send notification to EMS and family/friends (whomever you choose).

This service was canceled in December of 2023 and there equipment was returned with the required RMA# However they continue to bill my account! This company thinks they can bill you forever and makes it difficult to cancel there service. So far they have overbilled my 87 year old mother $320.98. Buyer Beware!

I bought this "service" back in November for my mother who had fallen a few times in the past. Wearing this device she fell an laid on the floor bleeding for 2 hours until I got home. So the device doesn't work I can understand that but when I called them to get the device replaced they tried to charge me for a faulty device. To make things worse when I tried to cancel they have you jump through hoops to cancel anything.. Fast forward 3 months from the time I tried to cancel.. I have had multiple phone calls to them and provided tracking that they have the device in their possession and now they are telling me it'll take 30 business days to get this cancelled.. Why? In the meantime I've been getting billed every month for a service I don't use and a device I don't even have! I've been through a couple different companies in the past for this type of service and this is by far the worst all around

While the service is adequate in nature, it is all telling when init is time to cancel the service your on wait for 15 min and they feel it is your responsibility to tell them why you are cancelling. I do not need to tell you anything please just cancel the service it is no longer required!!! Beware!!!
