I have a 2 year-old Medela Sonata that I use to exclusively pump (several hours per day) and it has been up to job for the better part of 2 years. Recently, the battery started acting up and I got an error message that led to me calling into the company for support. I'm so glad that I did! They were exceptionally kind and professional and offered me a brand new pump (it was covered under warranty). I picked it up from their warehouse today and I deeply touched by how they treated me. Breastmilk is no joke, and I'm so glad I bought the best.

IK RAAD DIT PRODUCT NIET AAN!!! Mijn baby is nog geen 3 maanden oud en vandaag is mijn tweede nieuwe kolf kapot gegaan! Wat een bar slecht product. Ik geef fulltime borstvoeding, dus dit is voor mij echt dramatisch. Ze zijn niet bereikbaar en vorige keer kwam er ook geen snelle oplossing - ik mocht hem opsturen en zou binnen 2 weken reactie krijgen. Borstontsteking op vakantie opgelopen.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The horrible attitude from Tracy in the customer service team is enough to reduce me to tears. They took my products returned and only processed a partial refund so they have essentially stolen £50 from me. It may not seem like a lot but £50 for no product I feel is quite a lot. I have opened a case with PayPal to try to get my money back. I requested to speak to management many times and all times have been ignored. Worst company I have ever worked with. Genuinely if I need anything I would rather get it on Amazon to avoid any further issues. Save your money and AVOID

I am from Ontario, Canada. My medela freestyle flex stopped working after three months. Contacted customer service through phone. It was a busy line, but I was persistent in getting through. I was able to get a replacement fed ex to me right away. I’m very pleased. I tried emailing and did not get a response.

Waited two weeks for a satisfactory response from their customer service department. Tried calling multiple times to their customer service line before that but never got through to anyone and left messages, but of course no one got back to me. I returned a pump, unused and unopened and asked for a partial refund. It doesn't bother me that they refused the partial refund but they told me I had opened the packaging (I never did) or that some parts were missing. If it was open or had parts missing then it was shipped like this. Extremely poor.

I bought a medela swing max in January 2022 and the battery lasted only 2 month of use. It’s not charging anymore, I have to stay with the pump plugged in. I depend on the pump to be able to feed my daughter, it’s a shame.

I hired a medela symphony pump under the assumption that it would be better than my standard electric pump and it wasn’t. I had to return after 11 days due the 14 day rent period falling on Monday as I was told I’d be charged for another month. It worked no better than a standard medela swing pump. I feel silly for wasting money hiring this.
