The stump grinder is very nice, but,,,
The stump grinder is very nice, delivery was fast, the rear view camera that was supposed to come with it was sent separately and still has not arrived.. I am just a bit disappointed, why could they not have sent them together??

Hi Joe, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you are happy with the stump grinder and that delivery was fast. We understand your disappointment regarding the rear view camera arriving separately. While some accessories may ship from different locations, we know it is more convenient when everything arrives together. We appreciate your patience and hope the camera reaches you very soon. Thank you for your support and for choosing MechMaxx.

Great Experience
I bought my mill during the Memorial Day sale. The sales lady that I worked with was very helpful and made my purchase pain free. My mill hadn’t shipped yet and another sale came up for the same mill I had bought for a lot cheaper! I contacted MechMaxx and they made the price of my mill fantastic. My overall experience with MechMaxx has been a very good experience. Thank you I’ll give an another review when I receive my mill and put it to work. Thank you again.

I paid for peace of mind delivery…
Mechmaxx fixed the issues and the equipment works as promised, would have been 5 stars but the assemble was complicated by misfiled holes in the metal parts, ensuring alignment required much effort!
Response from MechMaxxJun 8, 2026
Hi Frank, we are very sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand your frustration. If you paid for Peace of Mind Delivery, you should have received the level of service that was promised. Finding your equipment left by the roadside without prior arrangements is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We take your concerns seriously, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to review what happened and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

They want to buy a positive review from…
They want to buy a positive review from me for a $50 coupon. The engine didn’t come with a fuel filter. So, my carburetor is bogging down due to a lack of fuel. There’s no locking mechanism for the mill to the trailer to provide safe transportation of the mill. The engineers failed. And so did quality control.
