Bought the 8" chipper and ordered the cover, belts and chipper blades. The chipper showed up within 2 weeks. I had to email about the other items which has been shipped separately and shipped late. I'm still waiting on the Belts, other than that I love the chipper.

Product it’s very laid out the quality of the product such as a Mac extension for sawmill. They are very well put together easy to assemble and very sharp to the eye. Thank you. I’ve bought two probably gonna buy another.

We placed an order for a MechMaxx flail mower and within the week of ordering, it is set to be delivered. The customer service has been great and they have been ready to answer any questions we have. Based on all this alone, I would highly recommend. I'm excited to get my flail mower because I'm confident that It will be great, as well!

I've been looking for a wood chipper for months and later discovered MechMaxx. Roger (sales manager) texted me and we spoke. I purchased directly from MechMaxx versus Amazon which was a less expensive alternative but I far prefer to have a relationship with the manufacturer and Roger gave me the confidence I needed to order directly from him.

I placed two orders with MechMaxx. The first one was the 6" mechanical start Wood Chipper. After my first round with customer support, I was told to replace the carbeurator. I had to order my own and then install it myself. I'm not a mechanic and have very limited knowledge on how to replace a carbeurator. After that didn't work and about 3 weeks of back and forth, which included me begging for a replacement and/or discount on another one, I was told that it was 100% the starter and that I should find a local mechanic to fix it. Fast forward another 3 weeks, I get it back from the mechanic and it was the fuel line. I still haven't received reimbursement for the carbeurator I purchased, or the shop bill. All in, I purchased a piece of equipment that required 15 hours of trouble shooting (about an hour every other day figuring out what part was what and creating video to send) and, over 20 miles driving and another 2 or 3 hours, a bill from the local small engine shop for $250+ and almost 3 MONTHS! I finally got a wood chipper, except I didn't even get a factory new machine. All-in-all, Assuming I make minimum wage, my cost was the machine + ~$120 (carbeurator + shipping), ~$270 in personal labor (12 hours trouble shooting, 3 hours replacing the carbeurator, 3 hours loading, transporting, and unloading the chipper). ~$80 in gas getting the chipper to and from the mechanic. ~$470, not including the 3 months that they had my money and I didn't have anything but a 600+ lb piece of junk sitting my garage. The 2nd experience was an order that I tried canceling 4 times. The first time, I was told that I would still need to pay shipping and handling. I asked for tracking information and it took them over a week to give me a tracking number and when they finally did, it was for 1 out of the 4 items that I ordered...and that tracking number had just been created, it still hadn't even shipped! When I asked to cancel the remainder of the order, I got a response 3 days later with another tracking order for a second item that still hadn't been shipped. They did eventually cancel the 3rd and 4th items in my order...but only because they were on back order. Then, when they gave me the link to give this review...they offered a bribe ($200 off on a purchase of $2,000 or more) if I left a positive review. I tried extremely hard to work with them. I offered to buy multiple pieces of equipment ($10k+) if they could hide some of the cost of the wood chipper, and we could just chalk it up to it being a lemon. I even purchased the stump grinder and box blade at full price, before the wood chipper incident was resolved. I would not recommend and I will share this debacle a million times, if given the opportunity. UPDATE 7/7/2026 I just took a call from them. The offer was to pay me $470 if I was willing to take this review down. I told them they were more than welcome to follow through on what they had promised, but I wasn't going to remove my review.

Never shipped the product I bought more than a month ago, they took more than 4k, also they faked a BOL. With Saia, when I called saia, they said the product never reached their driver.

Got a stump grinder and was hopping it was as good as reviews I saw online. I have property with thousands of trees and stumps that are smaller in diameter around 12-24 inches. It grinds through them with ease and have already used it on over 70 stumps and no issues. The larger trees that I've done just take more time.

Seem to have quality products and the pre-order sale was a fantastic deal.
