The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package.
Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comMar 13, 2023
Dear Hoang,
I'm very sorry that your package is missing! I was unfortunately unable to find any orders with the name provided, but please reach out to our support team so they can help you with your order here: contactmk.com
While we do use UPS Surepost for orders with the free economy shipping, we have a dedicated UPS and USPS representative that would help us with any lost or stuck in transit packages.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comJan 26, 2023
Dear Angela,
I'm very sorry for the delay in shipping. It does look like there was a stock error on our website showing the keyboard on your order as in stock. We are working with our web development team to ensure this does not happen in the future.
We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Item never received, refund refused.
Made a purchase for an item that was back ordered. ETA kept getting pushed out month after month. After waiting for over a year I asked for a refund and they refused, stating that it had been too long. In their response to another 1-star review below, they state that they "allow refunds up until the point of the shipping label being created" This is a blatant lie. They are incompetent with their ETAs. They are rude and uncaring with their email responses. And they are thieves.
Response to your reply below:
I did contact you directly and a refund was flat out refused. I was told that it had been too long. Your ETA's stop becoming "estimates" when over the course of a year and a half you extend your ETA by 30 days every month. That's not an estimate, that's stringing your customers along. If you cannot accurately estimate whether you are able to get a product in the timeframe of a year and a half then you are doing something wrong. I am not frustrated over the long wait. I'm frustrated that after waiting for that long, a refund was refused and you stole my measly $30. I hope it was worth it.
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comAug 24, 2022
Axel,
I'm very sorry that you've had a negative experience with us.
Unfortunately, most of the payment processors can't refund transactions that are over a year old. We would recommend reaching out directly so that we can find an alternative means of refunding your order.
The ETAs we receive are estimates only and are subject to change, but we know the wait time can be very frustrating. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and delay.

Actually just terrible
Actually just terrible. I pre-ordered a keyboard which was set to be in stock originally August 8th, which is fine. Shipment came in on time, and I saw the availability as well as the switches being available on the 15th of August. Fast forward to keycaps coming in (the Ducky 2 TKL Pure White with Cherry Browns) were set to come in August 15th, and yet my order remained unprocessed. Keep in mind my order was on 7/04/22, and it is now 8/23/22. Yet two weeks later the keyboard is still in stock, and the keycaps which came in are now out of stock again and a new shipment is now set for 9/13/22, which means I probably won't even get the keyboard til the end of next month, provided they even manage to get it to me in a time under 20 days. Was a birthday present for my friend which I pre-ordered almost two months in advance, and turns out I should've never even came here in the first place. By the way, the order is STILL PENDING. And customer service is just a bot responding with a general eta. Don't bother ordering from here, it's a waste of time and effort.
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comAug 24, 2022
Issi,
I'm very sorry that you've had a negative experience with your pre-order!
Your order is still set to arrive to us currently on or around 09/13. The keyboard comes to us completely assembled, not piece by piece. While we do have some of the different switch options in stock for this keyboard, we do not currently have your switches, the Cherry MX Brown available. If you would like to change it over to an in-stock switch please just let us know so that we can make that change for you!
I'm very sorry for any confusion with our ticketing system. The automated ticket response you received was because of the category selected for the ticket, Order status request. However, if you reply to the ticket our CS team would receive the ticket and could help you out directly.
I'm very sorry for the long wait, we're hoping to get these in soon! However, we know the wait times can be too long and can refund your order in full at any time, please just let us know.

Do not buy from here.
I ordered a Ducky One Two keyboard and at first it was fantastic, everything was working well until I noticed the RGB lighting inside was starting to go off color. I didn't pay much mind to it until soon after my keyboard which was set to an orange color turned half green and other colors. Obviously the lightboard was faulty and only showed up after the warranty was gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not only is the lightboard broken but even now I am having trouble sometimes with certain keys not working like alt or ctrl. They sell faulty keyboards whose problems only show up after months of use.
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comAug 22, 2022
Hendrix,
I'm very sorry for your negative experience with the keyboard.
We do offer a one year warranty service for the keyboards we sell, and a two year warranty for our house brand. You can find the warranty info here: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/customer_service.php?t=what_are_your_repair_policies
If your keyboard is outside the one year warranty we also offer a paid repair service as well. Feel free to reach out through a support ticket so we can help get your keyboard working again.

I wish I could rate them -5 stars
-5 stars if I could rate. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They sent me keyboards having all kinds of problems, such as stained parts, noisy springs or warped shells. They denied the problems even with my proof attached. Once they got my money, they don't care if your keyboard breaks down the second day. Customer service is mean. Won't do business ever with them!

Most inept customer service ever. Stay away!
Sadly I agree with everything above. I placed an order for a keyboard, keycaps, and switches. At the time of checkout everything was in stock. Immediately after checkout the switches showed out of stock. I emailed support and asked if I can simply change switches, I was willing to pay more for the more expensive switches. That request was denied and they said the entire order would ship in a day. The order did ship, and it was short 20 switches. The packing slip clearly shows I ordered all the switches 7-10 packs. They shipped 5-10 packs. They came in a plastic sandwich bag btw. For some reason they lack the ability to simply look at their own tracking system. I sent them a picture if the empty plastic bag since that can't seem to understand there is no barcode. I have now sent them 2 pictures of the packing slip. 1 picture shows the packing slip. They didn't seem to understand their own slip, so I drew big red arrows show qty ordered 7 qty shipped 5. I have been going back and forth for a week now. At this point I'm going to have to call my credit card company and stop payment. The funny thing is, I run a 75 person IT company and was trying this stuff out as a possible standard for my employees. They just lost literally thousands of dollars to save less than 50 bucks. Well done! I should have looked up some review sites before ordering. After some googling I have found they are notorious for this.

Ken,
I'm very sorry for your negative experience with us.
We would only require photo documentation to see what was and was not received. This is to help our warehouse and fulfillment team circumvent future shipping issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders when they are missing items, we can only resend the items.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.

Broken Keyboard, Refused Refund
I bought a Ducky One 3. It took a month to arrive. I expected this. No problem here.
I get the keyboard and the shipping box is obviously damaged. Open up the box and the keyboard box is also damaged.
The keyboard itself was also damaged - one of the side pieces broke off and makes a clicking sound every time you touch the right side of the keyboard. Mechanical Keyboards said - no joke - that the keyboard being broken and making a clacking sound was a "feature" of the keyboard. It's not. The other side doesn't do this. They refused to refund or waive any fees.
Dealing with customer service to try to get this resolved was literally impossible. They blamed me at every turn. I will never do business with them again.
Response from MechanicalKeyboards.comJun 20, 2022
Scott,
I'm very sorry for your negative experience with us.
I can confirm that the sides of the new Ducky One 3 keyboards are manufactured in a different way than the previous models. The new models have clipped in side pieces that would have a slight wobble when moved, similar to keycaps. We do accept returns for any reason and our full return policy can be found by using the link below:
