Our family purchased several vehicles from Mazda at Findley Mazda in Henderson, NV. Mazda is is only getting worse! Mazda corporation and their dealership are VERY aware of their defects and safety issues of this vehicle and would rather put peoples lives at risk than buy the vehicles back. They have cheap parts and the 2024 CX90 Phev, has been has been a LEMON! At 1400 miles the vehicle stopped in the middle of a busy highway! The car has been in the shop 1-2 months average for most repairs, hybrid battery has had 2 major issues and replaced at 39,000 miles, defective tires replaced at 18,000 miles, (Mazda was aware of this and didn't do a recall so that customers weren't aware of any replacement), cheap interiors, locking fuel covers, recall after recalls, safety issues, etc. The management at Findley Mazda in Nevada said that they acknowledge how much of a lemon and safety concerns this car has had but don't care to help us out! Jared the general manager said" to even trade in this car, that we don't even want it." The depreciation is insane! Mazda has no trade in value for their own vehicles!!! The most insulting part is they basically offered $1,000 to purchase the vehicle back. Please read online and on google reviews of all of the problems this vehicle is having and how Mazda will NOT take care of these defective vehicles that they put on the road, even to loyal customers.

After 1 year of service MAZDA is Pushing me into a $10 a mo for my remote power door locks to work or i will be cut off... This is so underhanded to charge a loyal customer an extra charge for something that comes with my lease... Love the Car but will NEVER patronize or buy another vehicle from Mazda again....THIS IS PRINCIPLE!

This week I bought a new cx50 from cutter Mazda in honolulu. We had some miscommunication on the final transaction price which I didn’t notice until the next day. But management and sales at cutter totally stepped up and made it right. So , good on them for stepping up and correcting them.

Stay away from Mazda! The cars drive nicely, have a traditional transmission (no CVT), and look great. Unfortunately, beyond the superficial appearance, my experience with Mazda's customer care has been AWFUL. My first Mazda: I had problems with the heating vents falling out. Later, I noticed the paint bubbling, waving, and cracking on a car that wasn't even three years old. Mazda dismissed me as a customer and quickly closed my case without what I believe was a proper examination or evidence-based investigation. Then began the endless loop: Mazda USA: Go back to the dealership and resubmit the claim. Dealership: Contact Mazda USA; it's out of our hands. Mazda USA: Go back to the dealership. And around and around we go. Well, you get the picture. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. My second Mazda: I purchased another Mazda, only to learn after I had already signed the paperwork that the vehicle had an infotainment issue/recall. Needless to say, I now have a brand-new car in which I cannot properly connect my phone to the vehicle for calls, navigation, or music. Great, right? So here is what I have learned from my experience with Mazda USA: 1. They don't seem to care about protecting their name or reputation. 2. They don't seem to stand behind their products when a customer has a problem. 3. Don't assume the 3-year new-car warranty means Mazda will make resolving a problem easy. 4. Be prepared to spend significant time going back and forth between Mazda USA and the dealership if something goes wrong. 5. Don't be lured into buying a Mazda just because it looks good and drives nicely. Consider how the company treats you when something actually goes wrong. 6. Still thinking about buying one? My advice: stay AWAY. 7. If you don't listen and end up buying one, remember the expression: "I told you so." 🤣🤣🤣 8. Good luck! Too bad you didn't believe me. I bought Mazda vehicles because I liked the cars. Unfortunately, after these experiences, I have learned that liking the car and trusting the company behind it are two very different things. Think twice before buying Mazda.
