Update: Outstanding Customer Service but Issues With Prescription Refills I've previously expressed my frustrations with Maximus (see below), citing their inconsistent distribution process despite having a great product. I've faced multiple issues with getting my medication refilled. However, I want to update my experience. Maximus’s customer support management recently reached out to me. They provided a thorough review of my account, expedited my current prescription renewal, and even reassigned me to a different clinician. This proactive approach has greatly improved my experience and lessened some of my concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Maximus customer support, they’re fantastic! I hope these updates reflect a positive change with my next prescription refill. While I appreciate these efforts and am glad to see steps being taken towards improvement, I think there is still a need for the company to tackle its wider supply chain issues. Consistency is key, and I hope Maximus continues to work on making the prescription process smoother for everyone. --- June 20th review: 2-Stars Maximus offers a great product, but unfortunately, their distribution process has been consistently disappointing. I've had three separate issues with getting my medication refilled, and each time I've gone weeks without treatment—which is unacceptable, especially for something that directly affects hormonal balance. Their customer support team is responsive, and I’ve been in regular contact with them, but the underlying problem is with the distribution department, which is severely lacking. Not knowing if or when your medication will arrive creates a lot of anxiety and health concerns. I really want to like Maximus—the concept and product are excellent—but the company must address its supply chain issues. The current level of inconsistency is extremely frustrating, and it makes managing my prescription feel like a second job.

My total T started at low 300's on initial labs free was 69. 2 months later I'm at 1500 total T and 450 free T! The boys have recovered to pre Trt injection size. I feel great and have 0 side effects so far. Highly recommended...

This company has really helped me feel better. Trying to get TRT through commercial health insurance is a complete joke, but this company makes treatment affordable and accessible to men who would otherwise go untreated. Very thankful for Maximus!
