Ordered a testosterone test. Somehow got subscribed to a monthly subscription without realizing it. Originally I had a bad experience but the customer service team reached out and got everything fixed for me. Happy to update my review and say that the support at Maximus is super helpful.

Highly highly recommend not using this company. Customer support is the worst I’ve ever had with any company, they employ doctors who had 0 clue about trt. Strung me along for 2 weeks before figuring out they don’t have a license in my state after running through a protocol for me and switching my doctor 2 times. Avoid at all costs
