I had a prescription of the oxytocin cream and I was so excited to use it but the tube of cream I got had a slight defect and so I contacted the company and they responded within minutes of my email explaining the situation. They sent out a new tube of cream and my doctor and the frontline manager stayed in touch with me for two weeks to ensure that I got the cream and that the second tube was working perfectly and it was and I could not be happier. I'm not an easy customer to please unfortunately and although I try not to be that way I get a little irritated when I pay a few hundred dollars for something and then it doesn't work. The manager and my doctor were exquisitely kind and helpful throughout this entire process and I have full confidence in Maximus now to help me maintain my calm and I trust that they will take care of any hiccups in the future if my cream doesn't work.

I previously posted a review about my experience on the testosterone protocol. I've continued to enjoy its effects, as well as taken on other protocols. The company has always addressed any issues that have come up, which have been few. My most noteworthy recent experience has been with topical oxytocin, which I took on as soon as Maximus began to offer it last last year. I noticed subtle changes almost immediately-- for example, I found myself paying more attention to people's faces and I've been more outgoing, which is useful as a frontline leader in an environment with hundreds of employees. Outside of work, I notice that I'm more engaged and have more fun in social settings, I flirt, and I can even dance now if I feel so inclined. It almost feels like women are more drawn to me, and maybe they are, but maybe I'm just picking up on it better. It's a lot easier for me to be engaged and interested-- and not just in people, but in anything else that I like. I've been using Spotify for well over six years, for example, and something like 20% of the songs in my 'liked' playlist I've added since starting on oxytocin in early November. My life's been on a clear upward trajectory over the last couple of years, so it's not new that I feel optimistic and goal-driven, but I think this stuff has played a big role.
