Maven gives me a sense of peace and assurance that I’ve never had before. My senior dog has a few health issues and with maven I’m easily able to track her activity, heart rate, and respirations in hope that it’ll catch something before I have another $14k emergency vet bill, or worse.

This collar has brought so much stress relief for our family. While there has been a few glitches that is expected and our overall experience is very positive. I can know my baby is being checked up on during the night while I am sleeping. It let us know she was having spiked respiration rates at night and with a tweak in her meds it now shows she’s breathing much better! I have recommended this to so many! Thank you Maven

After my baby was diagnosed with MVDD, monitoring his vital signs became the most important task everyday and every night. Maven has helped me to track everything in order to monitor his breathing rates even when i am asleep. great products and all of my 3 furbabies wear Maven device.

This has given me peace of mind when caring for my cat with asthma. I can check on how she is doing during the day and have helpful health information to share with the vet if something is off. It has a good battery life, and the app is very user-friendly.

So far my experience has been a 5/5. I have a 8year old Pomeranian and he started showing some concerning signs with his health. First epilepsy, than he started limping and getting slower each and every day. We were constantly concerned with his health, so we started looking for a solution, and that’s when we found maven. We are able to monitor his breathing, heart rate, and even if his head is shaking too much. It has been a true peace of mind

After having Maven for about 5 months. It seemed to be working well! I was impressed! As of 2 weeks ago the app started displaying incorrect information- breathing for my dog was abnormal, said her drinking water was nearly non existent throughout the day - when on camera it was the complete opposite! Also had her moving a lot more than she was it was just all messed up. Reached out to Maven (I’ve messaged the company previously about some questions and my billing in the past- customer service was on par! UNTIL NOW) No response at all from the first email; I waited 3 days. 2nd email I was told that the first email may have gotten lost but to be patient because they have a lot of orders to handle at this time (so current customers are no longer given a timely response?) I waited 4 days. Sent a reply to the email that was responded to- asked for an update. It’s been 2 weeks now. Can’t use the collar because the info is still incorrect on the app- I’ve just discontinued use at this time and requested to have my account cancelled. Their 24hr response seems to be non existent now. This would have been a great way to help ease my mind as my service dog has a heart murmur and currently has tumors we are having looked at. I’m getting nothing from them now, not even a response to my cancellation request. Update-( Responding to Maven )Still waiting to see if fix worked. Currently sensor has been charging and it’s been a full day. It currently isn’t responding.

The product worked well overall, however I wish there was a way to get a summarized report at the end of each month. Taking screenshots (in lue of a monthly report) was too much of a hassle to remember, do, and also save outside of the app. All of the information is not very useful if I can only view one day or week at a time without being able to see and compare data at a glance. Not useful for me or my vet. So I ended up trying to cancel my subscription and that took a week with many unanswered emails and MANY automatic charge attempts on my debit card. This product could be great, but as it stands (regarding the app and accessibility to the collars' recorded data) it just isn't very useful at all.
