I am writing this review because I first heard about Maven from Vet Cardio Hub (cardiologist). On Youtube he was amazing and explained this sensor for animals with MVD. It has been almost a month now since we got it, and my vet is impressed with report provided. It picked up tooth & sinus infection on the first night and flagged disruptions - poor . I knew she was panting but thought it was heat or lungs so after 3rd night took her to the vet - after aggressive antibiotics on 14th night her night scored Very Good. Tonight, this sensor showed elevated BPM & a slight rise RRR which helped me to know to put her inside Pawprint Oxygen chamber —concentrator therapy system. Having the Maven sensor, oxygen treatments and medications gives her quality of life and we are extremely pleased. My dog is 12 y/o, and takes Vetmedin + Lasix for 1 year. TY for providing another medical tool to assist us in caring for our dog.

Great app. I am gathering data/insights that I would otherwise not receive. I feel more confident and informed by using this app. The only drawback is that the device's battery tends to drain quickly.

I have a rescue mutt with trauma, sound sensitivities, and food allergies. Managing his health can be challenging, which is why I turned to Maven. After using the app for some time, I have both praise and constructive feedback. The insights are valuable, especially the sleep charts and activity timeline, which have helped ease my anxiety about his nighttime pacing. However, the activity goals are displayed as percentages relative to raw active minutes, which takes some getting used to. The alerts are quick and accurate, but the tracker takes a while to charge, so plan activities accordingly. The customer support team is fantastic and responsive, which has made a big difference. Despite a few quirks and a learning curve, Maven has greatly impressed me compared to Tractive.

The Maven Pet Monitor is very easy to use. The instructions are clear and the application is very straightforward and simple to implement and follow. The information gathered about our pet is very useful to have as we have an aging dog and that helps us to meet his needs.

My cat, Sasha has CHF, KD, and hyperthyroidism. The Maven app has been so helpful in verifying if her medications are working or if the fluid is starting to build up again. The app alerts me when her respiratory rate crosses the threshold I've established and I start calling her vet, specialist, after hours clinic etc to help manage her symptoms. I highly recommend it and thank whoever designed the app. You've given me extra days with Sasha and I'm incredibly grateful.

Setting up the device and the app was easy. My 9 year old dog has no health issue and I have been using Maven to track her activity. The amount of information available is impressive. I highly recommend Maven.

After using it for a little over two weeks, I can honestly say I’m very impressed. As the owner of a dog with MMVD Stage B1, heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring are incredibly important to me. My dog will be 15 years old this year, so I naturally worry about his heart health. Before, I had to manually count and time his breathing rate every day. Now, with the Maven Senson device, I have a reliable tool that makes monitoring so much easier. It provides clear charts and graphs that make it easy to track trends over time. I also love that I can download detailed reports of his heart rate and respiratory rate, which I can use as a helpful reference when discussing his condition with our veterinarian before appointments. Overall, I think it’s absolutely worth the investment. It has given me much greater peace of mind and significantly reduced the anxiety that comes with caring for a senior dog with heart disease. As a dog mom, having this kind of support is truly reassuring.
