Few companies actually earn 5 stars…
Few companies actually earn 5 stars IMO, this is one of them. Before my order shipped, I was sent an email by a customer support representative to make sure everything was in order, and to provide an avenue for contacting them if something did go wrong. I was impressed and will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Exceptional Communication
The mesh halyard bags I ordered were out of stock, but Santiago kept me informed on arrival date and even asked if I needed a refund in the meantime. I decided to continue with the order and they arrived in plenty of time to install. Such great communication is rare these days!
