Maui JimReviews of mauijim.com

Great products from an outstanding company. I have had many pairs of MJ glasses, always quality product, and they have been great with service the few times I've contacted them. You get what you pay for, and I have gotten my money's worth from their products. Currently rotate thru 4 pairs just for myself, and a couple for my wife, most recently buying ourselves each a pair at the Lahaina corporate location on our 25th anniversary in 2023 and we appreciate those the most of all. Mahalo!

Love Maui Jims glasses. My husband had cracked his lens on one of his limited edition glasses, I bought him a new pair it fell off his head at work and cracked the frame and lens. I found out the Maui Jims repairs both lenses and frames and the price to fix is great. Sent both in 2 days later got both back. Just like brand new. Love love maui Jims..

Highly recommend Maui Jim sunglasses. Have been buying them for the last 20 years. Superb build quality and vision in bright sunlight outstanding. Outstanding customer service (prompt, cost) should you need a slight service. Very knowledgeable staff who are always eager to assist with any enquiry. I buy new glasses direct from MJ to ensure they are authentic. First class product and people in Guildford.

I've had several Maui Jim glasses because I keep losing them. But each time when I've had a problem with the lens, or something's happened they have been brilliant at repairing them - really speedy and courteous service, with great after sales care and support. They really are the best in customer service - thank you!

I have 3 pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses and I take very good care of my gray, they stay in the car. All three pairs have cracks in the lenses. I will not buy them anymore.

Unbelievable customer service. I jammed them into my suitcase and Maui Jim repaired them just for cost of shipping even though i said it was my fault! Love tgem!

I fell in love with a pair of Maui Jim's in Hawaii. The store only had a display model left, so I reluctantly purchased because I wanted them so badly. I had them for three weeks and then accidentally dropped them from my waist to the ground, breaking one of the lens. I have had a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses for over 5 years that have had some definite bumps and have dropped more distance than this, but have never broken! I sent in for repair, hoping warranty would cover. But they charged me $100 to fix them. Not sure if having the display model made them more vulnerable, but I have never been more disappointed and will never buy again. Companies need to stand by their products, and in my opinion $400 glasses should be somewhat resilient! Once again, I only owned for three weeks at the time of accident, and am definitely not a careless person. It was just unfortunate.

Great customer Service. I had stood on my glasses & broke the TEMPLE off one side. They sorted it & were very helpful.
