Absolutely dynamite experience without any pressure but clearly a great education on options supporting OUR needs not just to sell something. Have already referred this store as well as the wonderful customer service by mattress expert Mike.

Michele, the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our needs when looking for a new mattress. Outstanding customer service! She helped us through the whole process and we also bought a sheet set to go with our new king size bed. Definitely would recommend dealing with her because she knows what she is talking about. Great experience! We will return if we need anything else!

Had a great experience with Marius at The Highlands store. I gave him my info, he provided some great options, pluses and minuses of each, and able to get the mattress delivered to me in under a week. Thought it would be stressful, and it was easy and a real learning experience

We always have great service at Mattress Firm. We were getting a bed for my father and he asked all the right questions, even things I didn’t think of. I know my dad will have what he needs. This is the third time buying a bed there for ourselves or parents. Always a great experience!
