Mattress FirmReviews of mattressfirm.com

Mattress Firm Bowie MD. We needed a firm mattress for my husband’s back due to a work injury. The bed at the store was firm the one we received at home wasn’t. We tried to complain the bed we have is much softer than the store one. We paid over $2,000 dollars they wouldn’t honor their warranty because during the warranty period a major family member passed away unexpectedly. We were devastated and missed the expiration date by one week. We tried to explain we would be interested in maybe just exchanging one that’s firmer to help my husband back. We felt really humiliated by mattress firm not willing to work with us after spending that amount of money NO one cared. The head office and local store sales department told us you exceeded the warranty date, get lost. Boy talk about a double whammy. Well as a warning to the public please, be careful when buying ANY mattress at Mattress firm especially in Bowie Maryland stores. Really, heartless folks there.

Avoid this company at all cost - filled with fraud and scam! If you are checking trustpilot for customers' reviews on this company, it's funny to see how the FIVE STAR REVIEWS share a similar pattern --> almost all of them mention specific salespeoples' names in various locations/with specific addresses in their reviews--> not just one or two reviews, but so many --> coincidence or simply fake reviews? It's for you to decide. :P

I bought a bed in 2016 . Have the warranty in place. Was told any issues with the bed no problem just file a claim. Did that and never got a reply and or any call from Matress Firm. If you are considering a purchase from them go else where they obviously dont stand behind their product and or their warranties

I paid $184 online for a queen sized mattress and the delivery was scheduled for one week later, today. I received an automated phone call saying the drivers would arrive in ten minutes. I waited by the door and watched a truck pull up to my next-door neighbor's house. I checked my receipt and made sure I had typed the correct address and told myself there was no way the delivery drivers were at the wrong house. They then drove off, and it is now clear they indeed went to the wrong house as I waited by my front door. They even looked at me as they drove away. The worst part of all is that I called and tried the online chat for help, and it is impossible to reach a live person. I'm a single mother, just moved into a new home, and now I'm out almost $200 and sleeping on the floor. I am furious. This is the worst customer service/purchasing experience I have ever had.

I ordered a twin headboard from the mattress firm online site. This is for my mother who has Alzheimer’s and we are having to place her in memory care. Trying to make her small bed look nice even though you won’t know due to cognitive decline if she was her self she would want it to look nice. When the headboard arrived it looked nothing like the picture and the color was more like black than gray. I contacted the company about returning this product and they said only their mattresses can be returned. This is terrible policy as most everything online can be returned within 30 days. Do Not buy anything from their online site. Very disappointed that this company would not stand behind this purchase.

Delivery team would not take away old mattress because we had moved it to just outside the front door. No phone help available from this company. I submitted a form and still waiti g for a response.

My experience with mattress firm started out ok at first. My husband and I purchased a Serta Smartreact Sunview Firm King Mattress (V000067320) for $1,429.99, Serta Smartreact Box Spring (V000067342)for $200.00, A king Matt Pad (V000065020)for $79.00, 2PK Memory foam lux pillow prime (V000028085) for $68.00 not to mention delivery for $59.00 my total came out to be $2,016.86 This purchase was made the end of January, 2017 so the this purchase is about 3 years and the bed is kicking my husband and My ass. We have contacted Mattress firm their customer service sucks. when they did contact us they asked us to take measurements of the bed which we did and I have been calling them every week for a month. They leave you on the phone pass 30 minutes until you get tired of holding on. We have waited patentenly for them to get back to us and been going to the store and they tell us oh wait for the warranty. We went to American mattress and the sells person there was very nice we told him our situation and he said there is no way we should be looking for another mattress and we need to call and demand they come out to investigate the bed. He was very nice he could have tried to sale us another bed but he just gave us very good advice. We are still playing the waiting game on mattress firm who is full of &^^&& and I would not recommended it to my dog or anyone else. I paid a lot of money at Mattress Firm and should not be treated this way. My husband are having shoulder and back pain and it is not fair. Do not buy from this company....

Ordered mattress topper. Took money right away. Tried tracking order and my order didn't exist. Called 6 different numbers and no human on any. Sent email and got no response. Worst company EVER! do not deal with them. Try ANY OTHER place
