DO NOT TRUST THEM! Customer sales agent sold me a mattress. This was confirmed in an email. About three weeks later I call to confirm the delivery. They did not have my mattress in stock. No call, text or message. I asked why there was no communication? No one gave me a straight answer. Next, I was promised a call from a manager. This never occurred. I got an email for a product of lesser quality. I wrote back and said a mattress should be of comparable quality... All I got was an automated response. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS.

Bait and switch pricing. No way of contacting a live person to fix or cancel. My shopping cart had the price at $249 with free shipping. After I clicked the purchase button, the price jumped the $679. I've tried all morning to get in touch with someone but only guides me to a chat that is automated and does not help. I will need to contact my credit card company.

Bought a mattress. Instead of one week delivery, it’s been changed to one month out, even though it was in stock. Reading past reviews praying that it actually comes in a month & isn’t further delayed...

We have used Mattress Firm/Sleepys for all of our mattress purchases. 9/19/2020 we purchased a new mattress at Mattress Firm in Mays Landing, NJ. We were very impressed with Diane. She explained everything and went out of her way to help us. We will definely return for our next purchase.

On September 15,2020 I visited the store#007110; The salesperson was: Mr. Anthony Wint. He was so professional very helpful yet patience to the need of purchasing a new mattress. The store was very clean smell very fresh. Mr.Wint also showed me various products that could help me to prolong the care of my mattress. He also explained the 10 year warranty as well the 120 days sleep study to really see it my purchase was indeed the best fit for me. I left very pleased with the advice given,and the total sale altogether.

Do not purchase your matress from this company and expect it to arrive on time. I was promised delivery within 1-2 weeks and now after spending about an hour navigating through their phone tree and agent messenger, I was told it had not yet been shipped from the manufacturer. And it would take an additional 5-10 days, NO NOTIFICATION, NO WARNING from Matress firm, just sitting in limbo and waiting for my purchase. This company should close and never reopen with customer service like this. TOO BIG TO FAIL ideology.

Great experience top shelve service delivery service was exceptional.the staff at mattress firm located in Hixson tn.appear to be dedicated to customer service and I Would recommend mattress firm to anyone.

We are average size people. Three years into a ten or twenty year warranty, our mattress has failed miserably. Two deep troughs and sore backs every morning. Paid extra for a "professional evaluation", and found out this is within specs. If I lie a little nearer the center of the bed, I'm at a 30 degree angle.
