TERRIBLE experience. They delivered used/ factory reject mattress after I paid nearly $500.00- for just the mattress- I asked for coil spring- NOT memory foam. I called about it 22 days later- salesperson laughed. Corporate offered me $349.00. 18 months later- put up with it during covid-- there is (and has been) little support-- climbing out of bed is like climbing mount everest. Leaning on my elbow- elbow reaches metal. Am working with PI attorney. NEVER shop Mattress Firm.

On the 8th I bought a mattress. On the 12th the was a sale on it for 130 dollars less. I request (since we can't reach over the phone) for the 120 day price match. On the 16th I reached out to the local store and to the online chat rep and they both said that they could not help. This was a sale by Mattress Firm on the 12th and they had no evidence that it ever happened. I asked for a manager to reach out to me and she said the same. "If it is a Flash Sale or a Daily Sale we have no idea on the next day what the sale was about or what prices and discounts were offered". I find it difficult to believe that Mattress Firm does not have a record of all sales and transactions and that not one of their employees can retrieve this information. It seems that it is a super secret sale that not even their employees know about.(?) The online manager also forwarded me an email that was allegedly sent on the 12th at 8:53 pm "Hello Victor, Thank you for reaching out to us. We received your request for a price match. Please let us know how we may assist you. Thank you," I never received this email, not in my inbox, not in my spam and not in my trash...this email was never received. As you can see from their response they were aware of my request. What additional information did they need? I expressed what my concern was in the original request form, i supplied the order number (as requested), my phone number and my email address. What additional information did they need. THey just had to issue the credit. They did not even look into the matter. They let the "secret" sale disappear from their records and put the responsibility on me to reach out to them again. However, as I stated before, this email never came through. A phone call would have been appreciated. But this would have meant that they would have had to give me the credit for the difference. Emailing or calling them the next working day would have not made a difference because the secret sale would have not in their records anymore. Finally, I was told that if I wanted the credit I should have taken a screen shot of "their" website with the sale price as they have no idea what sales Mattress Firm generates nor do they have the ability to research the sales that Mattress Firm advertises on a daily basis. This confused me, Mattress Firm does not tell their employees what sales are advertise? Sincerely confused and disappointed customer. ​

Ordered a box spring online. Scheduled to be delivered May 6th. May 5th, after business hours I received an email saying the box spring they previously were to deliver in the morning is no longer available. Next delivery date is 3 weeks away, on Memorial Day weekend. After reading consumer affairs reviews of Mattress Firm, it seems this is standard crappy procedure on their part. What a crock of crud. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money refunded, as there isn’t a legit number to settle this problem. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

First and last time purchasing from this company. Purchased an organic all season down comforter for $170. Was not working out for us, it is SO noisy when moving around. We've had a down comforter in the past and it was not like this at all. The quality was not great for this one. Contacted customer service for a return or at least an exchange and the guy said it's final sale. Contacted a second time and was told no returns or exchanges and was offered a 20% coupon for a future purchase, but no thanks. Won't be spending my money here again. Had I known, I would have not purchased from here. Most places offer returns or exchanges, especially when making an online purchase. How are we to know if we will like the product or not without trying it first? What a waste of money. The return policy is very unclear on their website. Won't be back.

They do not deliver as promised! I ordered a mattress for my son with the expectation of 2 day delivery (as the site stated guaranteed 2 day). They provided me with Estimated Delivery: Apr 22, 2021. Here we are on the 26 with no mattress! The first time I chatted in I was told I would get an email once they heard back from the vendor on delivery....nothing....then I chatted in a second time requesting a refund and mysteriously they had more info. They told me I was going to have to wait 2 more days as they deliver between 3 and 5 business days! OK!! I got rid of my sons old mattress and he has been on an air mattress since day after order as I was expecting them to deliver! If I would have known they were going to do this, I would have went elsewhere to purchase! They should not guarantee 2 day delivery if they cant deliver!! Will never do business with them again..

I called Mattress Firm inquiring about a pillow top mattress and spoke with Nigel at Winterpock location. I was very impressed with his sales techniques. He explained the comfort, quality and benefits in relationship to your physical body needs. He was through, I've never experienced that with a salesperson. I called several other stores to compare and none of them even tried to describe their products. I would return but only to work with Nigel again. 💯

1/15/21 I thought I was going to love this mattress. {SLEEPYS HYBRID 5Z COOL GELMATRIX MATTRESS KING} Well when it was first delivered it had these terrible lumps all over the mattress. I am not sure if it was not stored properly but I don't think they even checked before delievering this mattress. Well since I brought it online MATRESSFIRM delivery guys left it and told me to contact MF online. WTH... well I put in a claim and sent in photos. So the 2nd one was delivered 2 days later. 1/18/21 I thought I was off to a good start. No lumpy bed delivered. I slept pretty good and I also rotated the bed 30days later to make sure the ware was even. well I notice two weeks later when I was changing sheets. the lumps were back. So I called and put in another claim. They asked if I wanted the same mattress and of course I said H*LL NO. I would be a fool to take another mattress that will most likely have the same problems as the two before. So I asked for dfferent mattress. I asked that since I am going to a different mattress due to defects do I start my 120 days over. They said NO. I was like why not because it's not like I wanted to exchange because I didn't like the mattress, Its because I had received 2 defective mattress back to back. And I didn't want to risk getting a 3rd. Well with the new mattress I won't get previous discounts nor 120 day trial. So that means that I would be paying a extra 300 for new mattress and about 74 days left on 120 day trial. I WAS NOT HAPPY. MF did nothing to try to keep a customer happy. All they kept say was it was their policy. Well you guys need to update your policy. I urge everyone to please read the fine lines and ask all questions before purchasing. So you won't feel like you are being screwed in the end if you are having to exchange or return your mattress. So in the end since I was not getting a good resolved I said to JUST RETURN THE MATTRESS. I would just wait for another "FLASH SALE after 8pm and I can get the mattress that I want without having to paying additional $300. Well within 2 wks I found my mattress with the flash sale. I only had to pay $27 more due to delivery charges. And I get 120 days to decide if this is the mattress for me. The previous mattress has been picked up by MF and now I finding out that they won't be crediting my account for 1-2 statement. So you are holding my money hostage for 1-2 months and you already have your mattress. WTH!!! All I can say is that this will be the last time I do business with MATTRESSFIRM. Unhappy Customer in TX
