Jorge did an amazing job helping me select mattresses. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and took time to show me all of the features. Hats off to Jorge!

The sales person outright lied about the warranty. We bought a mattress protector. He told us it had a 10 year warranty. We didn’t realize that this was false until we got home. The package read it was 10 years ONLY IF you had purchased a mattress as well. This is what you call misleading, disingenuous, and outright wrong. We will never purchase anything from Mattress Firm again. We were taken advantage of!!!

The worst customer service ever. They installed the lift and put the slats that went to my bed on top. When I tried to use it the slats broke and caused the mattress to collapse in the middle. After three trips to fix it they charged me a restocking fee. 250.00 dollars. They acted like it was something I should have known. The manager of Stephenville location was very rude. Never again.
