well, i cannot open the mat as I cannot lift the buckle at all, it is so stiff, even at longstanding room temp of 24.5 degrees - so it is absolutely useless to me at the moment !!! - and as we are in lockdown i can't get anyone to help me, and i desperately need it to start working at home!!!! Also the delivery guy replied to my statement that your website or email suggested i should check the parcel as that i shouldn't i should open it later and take up any issues with mat stores - he backed away and left looking like he wanted to get away asap - prob due to the coronavirus distancing.

Finally a mat that doesn't crack on high pile carpets. I have tried so many mats which claim to work on high pile carpets but all are 2mm thick and all cracked within weeks. This mat was the only one I could find, in a reasonable price, which has the extra thickness needed for high pile carpets. The material quality also seems better and definitely less brittle than other mats I have tried. Well packed and flattens very quickly.

Great mat for keeping my new house wood floors from getting scratched from the garage machine shop. So much Aluminum and aluminum dust and heavy plastic at my front door but this mat catches it all and helps keep my floors looking new.
