Excellent customer service, 10/10 Would highly recommend

Unfortunately the Mat has a kink in it that will not flatten down. Not a major problem but not perfect, otherwise product is as described

Good price for a larger size polycarbonate office chair mat. BTW, don't bother with cheaper plastics; it's a false economy. Delivery was from Germany, not superfast but amidst Covid-19 chaos understandable.

The main reason for scoring 2 is down to the packaging as it arrived torn, ripped open and only held together by one piece of tape. Aside from that their is a warning label on the side of the box saying ‘look at note inside before removing retaining strap”. Probably due to the state of the box, there was no note - probably fallen out. I haven’t unfurled the mat to check for damage yet but that will happen after i’ve built the desk which will be sitting on the mat. From the outside the mat look’s ok but I wait to see.

Excellent product and decent delivery time

Website pretty clear in steering to the correct carpet mat i needed and was easy to place order. Delivery time was fine and followed instructions to un-do mat. Works a treat and can now easily move chair around - so much better can't believe i never had one before.

Delivered promptly works well hopefully will be durable. Chair moves effortlessly over the Matt. Not cheap but appears good quality.

Excellent service.good product - just as described. Good packaging & instructions.
