Mat StoresReviews of matstores.com

The mat I ordered item # FCM12895ER was labeled Hard Floors and Pile Carpets. What I got is labeled Hard Floors. I went with one because it was quoted as Heavy Duty. Not sure how well it will last.

The ordering process is easy, however, arranging a return is a different experience completely. In particular the cost of returning an item is very expensive.

The mat I ordered was supposed to be for a thick plush carpet but it had very short tabs/ points on the bottom side therefore for it slips on the carpet.

My first order was a good experience. Got what I ordered. I ordered two more sets of the same pet mats, but this time got a different product. I don’t like the second shipment. I couldn’t find a phone number to speak with someone so I sent an email. It’s been 4 days and haven’t received any communication whatsoever. Needless to say, I’m very dissatisfied at this point. Hopefully someone will reach out to me so we can resolve the issue.

Delivery was prompt, disappointed with matt description, it stated suitable for long pile carpet, hence I specifically bought it and paid the higher price, once I received it is the same as one I bought but description was for medium pile carpet from different seller but £14 cheaper

Its the right size but it slides around alot!

Unfortunately the Mat has a kink in it that will not flatten down. Not a major problem but not perfect, otherwise product is as described

The main reason for scoring 2 is down to the packaging as it arrived torn, ripped open and only held together by one piece of tape. Aside from that their is a warning label on the side of the box saying ‘look at note inside before removing retaining strap”. Probably due to the state of the box, there was no note - probably fallen out. I haven’t unfurled the mat to check for damage yet but that will happen after i’ve built the desk which will be sitting on the mat. From the outside the mat look’s ok but I wait to see.
