You get what you pay for as they say. The clear Perspex shield came fairly quick…unfortunately there was a tiny chip in the top corner of the screen. I assume this was the delivery method. Otherwise an ok service

The chairs are ok but the colours are not the same as on the website we ordered blue but they are a very dark blue not the light blue in the picture poor representation

I'm not sure yet, have not yet received the mat. Hopefully it's better than your customer service. Early last week I sent a question in about a charge and there has been no response. In fact, I am still getting a request to complete my order. I was going to get one mat, but decided to get a different mat instead. I guess I did not fully cancel the original order. Meantime a charge has cleared my bank, and my preferred mat is on the way. A response to my request would have been nice. Looking forward to using your fine product when it gets here on the 12th. I am probably being unfair to the mat in judging it by your customer service, which is lacking, at best.

The customer service rep, Bethany Carpenter, was very prompt, informative and nice to work with. The Megamat seems like a good quality product. However, the advertising that this mat will not slip on carpeting is not accurate. We had the mat down for one hour and it had already slipped 4 inches. Quite disappointing.

We found the chosen courier, DHL, to be frustratingly useless in finding our new-build address despite guidance on directions being provided. Trying to contact Matstores by phone was nightmarish: could not get through, music was aggressive and no call back. Product seems ok so far although a little softer than expected.

A week later and still no mat. It seems to be stuck "out for delivery" but after 4 days it hasn't arrived, and MAT can't accept it's been lost. Two stars only because they replied to my original email. But still no resolution, so that could go down... Update: mat arrived after 6 working days. So I guess it's DHL who should get the "nil stars" after 4 days "out for delivery".

Good quality, robust 'plastic' and will certainly protect the carpet, but, despite the 'bobbles' underneath, it still moves around so there is a need to reposition it every few days.

Mat arrived in good time, well packaged. The kids enjoyed the box more than the mat. Was a bit awkward trying to open it by myself, would have been easier with two straps instead of just one. Even with grippers the mat seems to slide about a bit and I have to adjust it back into position every day. As for the quality, only time will tell, but so far, day 2, its seems good.
