I've never heard of MassGenie before, and I was a bit skeptical. I decided to take advantage of some offers they had. The company provided prompt feedback on my order status, and I received my order quickly and packaged securely. Since, I've bought a few things from them and all have been great experiences.

I don't know how they get their prices so low, but they do!

Received my product fast and only 2 days after official release. Cheapest place online. Definitely check the site daily for more deals.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The seller was not able to fulfill your order and has canceled it due to incorrect shipping information you put in. We sent you an email to confirm your shipping address but no response was received. We already processed a refund to your card and it must be posted within 2-5 business days. Thank you and have a good day!

Brand new in the Shrink Wrap. Only I reason I gave it 4 stars is that the next day the price dropped by $14. But that only lasted a day and then went back to the price I paid. Shipping was reasonably fast. Would buy from them again.

It was never clear if my purchase went through. The transaction was even beginning to show on my credit card statement. Waited over a week for something to happen, maybe an email to say I didn't get the item. Nothing. Put me behind a week on an item I was trying to get for work. Then I found something else on another site and came back here to try cancelling the order. Did it cancel? It says it did after I clicked cancel but every time I check back it doesn't show it's cancelled. I can't trust a site that won't update an order to show cancelled when I check back on it. Now I'm going to go check to make sure I was billed on my credit card for something that was never clear that was purchased. DO NOT START CHARGING someone's credit card if there is no purchase. That's ILLEGAL.

Hi, Thank you for commenting here and our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. The transactions you saw on your card statement was just a pending pre-authorization (not a charge yet) for your purchase. Since you cancelled the order, it was reversed to your account automatically and you should've received a confirmation email with your cancellation. Thank you for bringing this up to our attention as we continue to take all your feedbacks to ensure that we provide better service. Have a good day!
