Order was confirmed on site but payment not processed. Unnecessary confusion due to an optimized check out

winning sometging and then being told that i was sent the wrong product doesn't give me a warm feeling.

I was suspect of MassGenie due to not being an official store of course but I did receive my MK8 of Nintendo Switch, but it was from Asia copy but still worked in US so it's fine!

the playstation 4 was a good product but I joined to get the discount price but it was confusing and I didnt understand it so when I canceled order I made error on then when I reordered wouldn't give me discount price so I could have picked it up locally for same price and had it for birthday party but since i was suppose to save $30 I was willing for it to come next day after party, I contacted customer service about this issue and was just going to cancel but employee said they woud credit my credit card for it but it might take up to 30 days It has been 49 days and no refund so I haven't tried to order anything else and probablly won't going to give them another week before I report to better Business bureau and will see what recourse I have to try and get it back.
