I bought a device on this page and they sent me an old version that wasn’t the only thing I needed. They decided to make a stupid deal by telling me it was the same thing but physically different (of course a 4 year old device just like one right now) and that they could return $ 5. I told them that I didn’t and send the package the next day and to date they still don’t return the money and their excuse is that the seller doesn’t respond. they should answer

Too bad I have to at least give it one star if I could I would take away stars from other reviews. I place an order with this company and the price they had on the webpage was not the price I was charged they decided to change it just because I order 2 of the same product yet nowhere did it say that it was a limit of one so I went to cancel the order and you only have a 1 hour window but apparently they sent the email with the invoice after 59 minutes because when I tried to cancel the order it said the 1 hour window was closed that I had to call in to cancel well I call in and the guy I talk to says that they cant do anything either so what's the point of having a number to call when nobody in this company can do anything but take your money now I have to call my bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst site ever. I made a purchase as a gift in a enough time to receive it. After a week I called and asked why I had not received shipping notice. The person on the phone could barely speak english and all he would say is please wait for an email. I received an email shortly after saying they needed a copy of a rental agreement or utility bill to complete my order. Seriously? I sent in a power bill. I got a response that it wasn't sufficient. So I sent in a copy of my insurance policy. Still not good enough. I told them to cancel my order because evidently they don't want to do business. A few dollars savings is not worth this hassle. Stay away!!

First they gave me a scare booking two orders, with credit card sending confirmations. But I waited to see, then both disappeared and you cannot even contact support because there is no order number sent with email, /shrug?

I ordered a hair product, which was to be delivered 7 days later. Six days later I got an email that the seller cancelled the order. No further info was given and the refund would take 3-5 days to process. What a waste of time.

I purchased a PS4 digital game code through a MassGenie power deal and I had no issues. Interested buyers should know that the digital game codes bought through MassGenie may be delivered by mail so just sure to read the full Product Description for delivery details and be patient.
