Great after a hard day of work!

I had a very positive experience with the store and the customer service. The only suggestion I could make is that they should state somewhere very specifically and clearly, the process for delivery. They need to inform the customers that 1) standard delivery is only to curbside and not to the customers' door and 2) these chairs come on large pallets and will be delivered ON the pallet and dropped at the curb unless the customer orders the additional service for installation. Had I not been at home and not been there to BEG the driver to push the pallet to my door, I would have not been able to receive my chair. Also, I live in a condo and am fortunate to live on the ground floor. If there were steps (even just 1 or 2), I would not have been able to get the pallet inside and out of the weather. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have been so overwhelmed at time of delivery. Otherwise, my experience with the store and the staff was terrific! I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. I even posted about it on FaceBook!

As for Massage Chair Store... Great product knowledge. Simple transaction. Friendly customer support. Amazing product. Fast delivery. Can not put a price on what this massage chair can do for you. When I was shopping around, I could not find any actual user reviews, so that made me sort of skeptical. I took the chance anyway and I could not be happier. The Infinity Iyashi is simply amazing. I am 6'0" 250 lbs with wide shoulders and I fit in this chair perfect. My back has never felt better in 10 + yrs. I run 1 20 min session in the morning and 2 - 20 min sessions at night. If you have a couple strong people and a little knowledge you don't need white glove service. The chair is heavy and tough to get inside, but once inside you are a couple screws/bolts away from getting an amazing massage. Chair arrived in less then 5 days. I got the black with camel. The black looks amazing, but shows finger prints. If you are not a neat freak, I would go with the white outer shell. Pretty much the best thing I have ever bought.

For me, as I'm sure it is for most consumers, customer service is as important as the quality of a product. Ryan has always been very responsive, which accounts for my 5 stars...

Like the chair very much; got what I was looking for. However, the company that was chosen to deliver the chair had some issues. Their scheduling was awful; I was told a specific day and timeframe - with a verification. When that time had come and gone I called to find out that the delivery personnel had been given a list of deliveries that put us at the end of the delivery day instead of the beginning. After many deadlines coming and going, they finally arrived to deliver chair at 11:30 PM and finished set up at 1:00 AM. Not a good encounter with the delivery process.
