Infinity IT 8500
My first chair arrived and was set up by 'White Glove' service. It would not set up due to a bad latch on one of the arms. I am not sure if the installers broke the latch or it was just defective. If defective, that is a hit on Infinity. I refused the chair and a new one was delivered 3 weeks later. Ryan at Massage Chair Store was very helpful in getting my chair situation resolved. Took a little longer than I wanted, however the second chair installation went without issue and was worth the wait. I have been using the chair now for a month and can tell you the pro's and con's of this chair. First and foremost, I feel the chair is a good value and gives me a thorough massage. First, the Con's - The rollers are a bit rough on the shoulder blades and on the hip bones (I put a towel at the base behind the leather seat cover to lessen the pressure). The foot rollers can get intense and I use Dr. Scholl's foot inserts to lessen the pressure. Works great. There is a roller adjustment button on the control panel, but it does not seem to do any thing. Might not be working correctly. The arm air bag massage is hard to get your arms into. If you want to change a setting on the control pad or advance music, you have to pull your arm out and getting it back in can be difficult. The Infinity sound system plays the music you put on the removable drive in sequence. You have to forward or reverse to get to songs you like. Lastly, the leather seat back pad is hard to use for short people. They do not get the benefit of the neck massage because the air hose limits how far down the seat that the seat back pad can be lowered. Velcro tabs work, but should be longer. The Pro's are that the chair has a lot of air bags. They are great and put adjustable pressure on your feet, arms, shoulders and hips. The feet rollers are nice and have two speeds. The rollers for the back have several modes and include tapping and squeezing. The rollers traverse the entire spine and back muscles. The neck massage is very nice. I like the EXTEND massage as it really stretches the stomach. My family uses this chair every day. I have to wait to get my 'rub down'. I recommend that if you plan to buy this chair find one and get a trail run to be sure it is for you. I might have liked one that was a little gentler. The chair can be tough on older folks like me. I have adjusted to the pressure it puts on several parts of my back and hips.
