I bought my chair online and it was pretty much flawless. The only concern is had was, I wasn't sure my order was complete, for a minute I thought that there wasn't any communication between the company and me...but after I called about the status, I found out that the chair was shipped to a storage company. I called the company and within a few days my chair was delivered. The company that delivered was very professional and I couldn't be happier.

Both my husband and I really love the massage chair. I sit in it first thing every morning during my quiet time with God. I set the timer for 30 minutes and usually end up in it for an hour. The only reason I give it a 4 star is the vibration when using vibrate mode is very noisy. I usually just turn this off and enjoy the quiet massage.

I love my Iyashi. As a truck driver I usually get tired from being on the road. I would go home and I can sit on my Iyashi for an hour or two just relaxing and getting refreshed.
