Awesome chair.....love the rollers on the feet.

Deliver and setup very good. Chair operation excellent. My only concern about the chair is the neck rest. Neck doesn't rest properly on the cushion. Think the cushion needs to be plumped up.

Ordering the chair was easy. The store's website was easy to navigate and allowed me to compare several chairs at once making the selection process very easy. I contacted the store once prior to receiving the chair to check on delivery date/time. They were prompt in responding and were able to give me the delivery date. The chair was delivered by 2 young men in a van who carried all of the chair's pieces into the house and put the chair together. They admitted they had little to no experience in setting up the chair, but everything seems to be in the right place and operational. I love the different functions of the chair and the ability to use the chair in the zero-gravity position. This is my first massage chair, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it does everything I need it to. It helps my lower & mid-back pain and keeps my back relaxed and flexible. Best purchase I've ever made for myself.
