Calls were returned in a very timely manner, we dealt with Ryan he even called after we had received our chair to see how we were doing and to see if Luraco was treating us well. I could not recommend one single thing he could do better.

many reason, very small sitting area, will not hold a preferred program. When it turns off the massage it dumps you out so don't try falling asleep. Pushed on me by the salesman even though I said it wasn't what I needed. The airbags are very painful. I could go on, I just so regret paying $3,000 for a chair I hate and never want to sit in

I bought a refurbished massage chair online “sight unseen” from Ryan Rothwell, the assistant manager at Massage Chair. Mindful of the risks inherent in making such a transaction, I nevertheless went forward with the idea, convinced that it was a good buy plus Ryan was comfortable and reassuring to talk with so several emails and phone calls later, I went ahead and completed the purchase. Although the shippers were a little late in making the delivery (the chair came disassembled in 2 boxes- carefully wrapped) it was relatively easy to assemble and equally important, looked every bit as good as was described by Ryan and after mating the two parts together; plugged it in; sat on the seat then turned it on. Long story short; the massage it gave was very, very, relaxing. In fact the thought came to mind that everyone should have a massage chair! Over a period of 2 -3 weeks (I think) I had to contact Ryan over some issues, which HE immediately addressed and "delivered", which to me was impressive for in my mind, a man’s word is indicative of his character and by that measure, I have to say, Ryan is an honorable man. So Yes, I most definitely recommend Massage Chair to anyone considering buying a massage chair because as I see it, no individual would associate himself or herself with a company that does not reflect his or her ethics. Massage Chair and Ryan, the assistant manager is a good team.

I contacted both Michael and Ryan online via chat and spoke to Ryan before buying my first massage chair. It's Infinity Riage - X3. They also matched (beat) the price from another online store. They are very good and suggest you correct massage chair for your needs. They never put any pressure to buy. Overall I love this online store. I will recommend it to anyone.

Very smooth and deep massage. not recommended for people under 5' 4", you will not get full features of this chair at that height. Needs a thicker head rest support pillow, i used a throw pillow underneath the head pillow the chair comes with. Lastly, if your not used to massages i recommend trying a chair in the mall. IT WILL HURT THE FIRST FEW 10 MASSAGES but then its heaven :)
