As a part-time real estate investor, Mashvisor saves me a lot of time. I'm very impressed with its ability to help me locate deals, as well as analyze them. One of the best features which a lot of other deal analyzers lack is its ability to calculate Airbnb as well as traditional rental income. Tourism is growing in our area, and Mashvisor is going to be critical to my acquiring profitable short-term rentals. Something important to note - the default values provided when analyzing a deal are estimates only. You MUST do your own research to verify if those numbers are accurate. There is no "quick and easy" method of analyzing capital expenditures or initial rehab costs. Ever. Absolutely recommend, especially for part-time investors looking for a supplemental income stream!

Great tool for doing Neighborhood, Property, and Comp. Analysis for Real Estate. Lets you add Operational Expenses into your calculations, Heat Maps, add contextual analysis (Traditional Rental vs. AirBNB) to Properties. Awesome value add.

Mashvisor is a great research tool to use while planning for rental property investments. I wish the filters would stay put when you move the map, but that's minor. I should stress that this is just a tool - by no means should you skimp on your due diligence when running the numbers yourself, but it's very helpful at pointing you in the right direction!

The software claims to be able to find owner contact information. every address I put in there is never any contact information. It's just a basic Zillow search and not worth any money.

I just subscribed to this unbelievable investment program. I am a Realtor and am looking forward to being able to find good investments in rental housing for my clients. I would love to see a program for commercial properties as well.

It's full of fake addresses, in my area anyways (Madison WI). For example, this property: SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 1002 N 2nd Avenue Eastmorland Community, Madison, WI 54401 There is no 54401 in Madison WI. How hard is is to implement a check of zip code against town? I get that things are posted by 3rd parties, but can anything be screened at all?
