Quality at Economic Cost
The cheapest real estate data platform on the market. At their price point you can't go wrong. Also, their algorithms seem to work. Put your basic data points into their search parameters and you will get property matches that are almost perfect for your clients. Jordan, Real Estate Agent

Clunky interface and sluggish search…
Clunky interface and sluggish search function/map functions. Wanted to like this since it does the math for you on investment returns, but I'm not sure the information on the properties is up to date. To make matters worse, they auto-charged me to renew my account without any notice and I was unable to get a response from them to prorate my account instead so I could cancel. But you can be sure that they fought the credit card charge contestation... Don't waste your money.

Pretty weak...
As a seasoned real estate investor I find Mashvisor to be pretty weak. Their numbers and assumptions are wrong in nearly every single instance, especially their "traditional cash on cash return." The only thing that looks cool are the heat maps, but the data is totally off, thereby making the heat maps of no worth at all. Also, the customer service is totally absent.

Finally a factual market tool!
Hello, I’m fairly new to investment properties and I would have certainly done it sooner if I had a tool years ago like Mashvisor. Never worry about buying a property without all the facts again! Before it was all about picking what you felt would work which inherently comes with risk, because what you like might not be what the market supports. With Mashvisor you can now look at the market and buy what is hot or find that perfect compromise of what you like and what the market supports. This programs extensive tools allows you to analyze a variety of variables and the team will support you in your search. Highly recommend getting a subscription to take your investment property business to the next level with factual stats to better make decisions.
