As a new real estate investor
As a new real estate investor, I have only great things to say about Mashvisor. The site is easy to understand and navigate. The best feature is the reports predicting the income and performance of long- and short-term rentals. When I needed support, their customer service was excellent. They contacted me on Sunday, the same day I submitted a request, and resolved my issue quickly. I highly recommend their service.
